About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Executive who possesses both sector knowledge (or equivalent) and outstanding soft skills. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and make a significant impact on our success. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and building relationships to negotiating and closing deals. This role demands a high level of drive, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of clock synchronization solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across multiple industries, with a focus on financial services. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
Understand client needs, pain points, and requirements, and effectively tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, exhibiting strong leadership and guiding clients through each stage, from initial contact to contract signing.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.
Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, driving revenue growth for the company.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector or a startup environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a talent for understanding client needs and effectively addressing them.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a small, close-knit team environment.
Willingness to embrace the challenges and ambiguity of working in a startup company.
Familiarity with clock synchronization, SaaS, and hardware solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
