Lasse has held several leadership roles, where he gained in-depth expertise across financial services technologies and software service lifecycle whilst developing a strong focus on bringing innovation to maintain competitiveness.

Ian Gough

With 8 years experience working within Technology and Financial services across varied positions. Ian has held varying levels of responsibility and leadership roles covering responsibilities such as Sales, Hiring, Team management, Development and operations his breadth of knowledge expands across the business.

Kevin Covington

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in financial services. He is currently the MD of Change Alley and holds several NED positions, advisory, and mentoring roles in the Fintech market. He was the CEO of Metamako until their acquisition by Arista Networks. Before Change Alley, he was the CEO of ITRS Group. Kevin holds an MBA and an undergraduate education in electrical and electronic engineering. Although not involved in the day-to-day running of Timebeat, he advises the management team regularly and remains a valuable asset.

Kenneth Hann

Ken has more than 20 years of working at the forefront of synchronisation innovation.

Synchronous Ethernet, Transparent Clock, Phase Synchronous Ethernet... He Worked on the border of PLM and R&D, working with standards bodies such as IEEE1588 and ITU-T Q13 to push the industry forward.

Ken has made proposals, prototypes, and business cases.

Iryna has a track record delivering in tech startups, specialising in sales and business development.
With a Master’s in International Legal Relations, she pairs her academic studies with a proven track record in driving growth and fostering client relationships. Her dynamic contributions mirror TimeBeat's innovative approach to technology and timing solutions

Jason Vo

Jason is a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist with a proven track record in driving brand growth through innovative digital marketing strategies, UX/UI improvements, and effective project management. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners to enhance sale revenue, brand visibility, engagement, and overall consumer experience.
