Agree Your Minimum Order

We agree on a Minimum Order Quantity (MoQ) of 10 units total, any combination of OPEN TIME NODE and OPEN TIME SOURCE, backed by the terms, specifications, and pricing in the Timebeat MoQ Services Agreement.

Trial, Test & Fine-Tune

We ship two units of each appliance at no cost for a 30-day trial period.
During this time, you:

  • Put the hardware through its paces against the agreed Product Specification

  • Work with our engineers to fine-tune performance if adjustments are needed

Full Order & Delivery

Once you’re satisfied, we invoice for the total order, manufacture, and ship the remaining units. With 7-day payment terms and a streamlined production process, your network is ready for precision synchronisation without delay.

At Timebeat, we deliver enterprise-grade White Rabbit timing solutions that enable sub-nanosecond accuracy across high-performance networks. Designed for industries where every picosecond matters—such as finance, telecom, physics, quantum and defence.

Enhanced IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP) with Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE) and hardware timestamping, our solution ensures deterministic timing performance across fibre networks up to 100 km.
