"Seller" refers to Timebeat.app, the IT hardware & Services manufacturer.

"Buyer" refers to the individual or entity placing the order.

"Goods" refers to the items listed in the order form.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

An order is considered accepted only when a written confirmation is issued by the Seller.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and accepted.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Credit card fees may apply.

Shipping and Delivery

The Seller will not ship the Goods until the full payment has been received.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock availability and shipping conditions.

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

All orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable at the point the seller accepts the order. Unless specifically or otherwise agreed.

Warranty and Liability

The Goods are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the delivery date unless covered by extension agreements.

The Seller’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective Goods, at the Seller’s discretion.

The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Custom Orders

Custom or bespoke orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production has started.

Any changes to custom orders must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By signing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
