Which track is right for my organisation?

Distribute when you stock and ship hardware across a defined territory. Resell when you add TimeBeat to an existing portfolio and run the customer relationship yourself. Integrate when you embed TimeBeat into networks you design, build and operate. You can hold more than one track if your business spans both — the application form asks which model fits.

How does deal registration protect my margin?

Registered deals get margin protection from competitive partners and a guarantee that TimeBeat won't go direct on the account for the registration window. Registration is performed through the partner portal once you're onboarded.

What does the NFR (Not For Resale) kit include?

Integrator-track partners receive a representative hardware kit — typically an Open TimeCard plus a Mini variant — for lab use, customer demos and engineer accreditation. The kit is on long-term loan, refreshed when the product line refreshes.

Is there a minimum revenue commitment?

No upfront commitment to apply. Tier benefits (territory exclusivity, deeper margin bands, MDF) are negotiated based on pipeline and forecast at the quarterly business review. Most partners hit the lower benefit tier within their first two deals.

What technical training is required?

Partners assign at least one named technical contact who completes a short certification covering PTP fundamentals, the TimeBeat agent + Sync Insight stack, and the relevant hardware family for their accounts. We deliver this remotely; most partners complete it in under a week.

Can I co-market with TimeBeat?

Yes. Once onboarded, partners get co-branded marketing assets, joint webinar opportunities, MDF (marketing development funds) for qualifying activities and lead-share into the regions they cover.
